Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events while ensuring effective communication strategies that align with our goals. This role requires creativity, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in an international environment.
In close cooperation with the Managing Director, the key objective is to increase EBIA’s visibility and to increase membership
- Communication (30%)
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Draft press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update EBIA’s website and social media platforms.
- Build and nurture relationships with media outlets and partners.
- Event Management (15%)
- Plan, organize, and oversee events such as the annual General Assembly.
- Invoicing
- Membership management
- Organisational tasks
- Administration (15%)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full proficiency in English (written and spoken); other languages (French, Spanish or German notably) are an asset
- Proficiency in software or tools, e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creative and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail;
- Part time position (60%) in an exciting and challenging work environment;
