The role
 
You will be part of the senior management in a key organisation in the Banking Union, and have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to promoting financial stability in the EU. You will lead and manage a directorate responsible for the SRB’s corporate services, with approximately 136 staff members, as well as overseeing the Single Resolution Fund. You will also act as a non-voting Member of the SRB decision-making bodies and contribute actively to the agency’s mission.
 
About you
 
You are a dynamic manager with proven success in decisively leading organisations where you develop and implement strategic visions. You have in-depth knowledge of the banking and financial sector, as well as the European and international regulatory framework. You have outstanding experience in corporate services, including budget and ICT management, and deep knowledge of funds management.

The Single Resolution Board (SRB) is the central resolution authority within the Banking Union. Its mission is to ensure an orderly resolution of failing banks with minimum impact on the real economy and the financial systems of the participating Member States and beyond. The SRB focuses on resolution planning and enhancing bank resolvability.
