We are looking for a Brussels-based Sales and Marketing Trainee to join our Pro Sales team. This trainee role will provide critical support in administrative and operational tasks related to sales, with the flexibility to engage in marketing activities as the project evolves. Your responsibilities will also include client management through Salesforce CRM, along with additional support for the Pro Sales department.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, a great communicator and eager to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Main responsibilities:
- Support sales team in managing trial requests.
- Providing input for partnership development pitches and proposals.
- Support the preparation and internal processing of sales documentation to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Update internal working documents regularly to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Grant user access across various platforms while maintaining accurate records.
- Managing and updating commercial databases through Salesforce CRM.
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns across digital channels, contributing to audience engagement and growth.
- Supporting the development of outreach and marketing strategies.
Ideal profile:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to face tight deadlines.
- University education: Communications, digital marketing, business management, EU studies, media studies.
- A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Competence with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a bonus. Digital and internet savvy.
- Knowledge of/Interest in the “EU Affairs” market in broader sense, i.e. corporations, industry federations, civil society and consultancies.
- Enthusiasm for learning and working in a collaborative, dynamic, multi-cultural and team-oriented environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team carrying out multiple tasks or projects.
Euractiv offers:

- 6 months to one-year contract under Belgian law (CIP). Paid internship. First 6 months salary of 1.120€. Second 6 months salary of 1.400€.
