Policy Officer, Transport and Heating
The European Biogas Association (EBA) is a member-led organization representing the entire biogas value chain across Europe. With over 300 members in 35 countries, we are a growing and influential voice in the renewable energy sector. Our mission is to support the scale-up of biogases by engaging with policymakers in Europe and emerging markets to reduce barriers to deployment and unlock the sector’s full potential.
The Policy team plays a central role in advancing our advocacy efforts, focusing on European policies and regulations that impact the biogas sector. Key areas of interest include policies governing biogas utilisation in sectors such as road and maritime transport and residential heating.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Policy Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
We offer a dynamic working environment within a close-knit and multicultural team based in Brussels. This position is ideal for an ambitious and talented professional seeking to thrive in an evolving market, deepen their expertise in renewable gases, and hone project management and advocacy skills.
