Position Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to manage administrative tasks for both our company and the client associations we serve.

Main Duties:

  • Provide administrative support, including filing invoices in Excel and other software.
  • Prepare and issue invoices.
  • Verify and file travel-related expense reports.
  • Monitor credit card payments and collect invoices/receipts.
  • Organise and file client correspondence.
  • Perform general administrative support tasks within the company.

Requirements and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administrative management or relevant experience in administrative support.
  • Proficiency in French with a strong command of English.
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Organizational flexibility and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage files autonomously and independently.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and administrative rigor.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
