DAI is looking for Mid-Senior Non-Key Expert in finances/economics for Global Gateway initiatives (GGIA) in Latin America and the Caribbean 

 

Qualifications and skills: 

  • University degree in economics/finances or other relevant field; 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
  • Fluency in working language of EUD and min. C1 in English 

General professional experience 

  • Over 3 years professional experience in international relations/development.
  • For HQ economic expert: Experience in the European Commission is an advantage 
  • Knowledge of the functioning of the local public administration and ability to interact with it 

Specific professional experience 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience on project management and international development; 
  • Experience in private/public partnerships (advantage) 
  • Experience in climate finances (advantage) 
  • Experience in development, management and coordination of the GGIA initiatives in LAC. 
  • Experience in the European Union is an advantage 

Indicative starting date: ASAP 
Duration: Full-time, until the end of the project (March 2026) 
Place of posting: Brussels, Belgium /Based in headquarters INTPA in Brussels.
