Business Angel Europe is the federation of national agencies and networks across Europe, committed to building a thriving Angel Community. Our mission includes raising awareness of angel investment's importance for entrepreneurship, fostering syndicates and angel groups, creating national ecosystems, and addressing market failures at policy and operational levels. We collaborate closely with the European Commission and relevant institutions.

BAE manages European-funded programs in large consortia, focusing on enhancing diversity in Business Angel networks. Our current programs aim to increase investments in women founders and support angel investment in less developed markets:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate actions for BAE’s European Funded Programs on gender and diversity.
  • Work with BAE’s Board and team to achieve program goals and targets.
  • Support program tasks, including training, events, and communication.
  • Manage relationships with consortia partners and subcontractors.
  • Organize meetings, track progress, and handle record-keeping.
  • Support research and policy development related to gender-focused investment.

SUPERVISION

The Programme Manager will work under the supervision of Jenny Tooth OBE, VP Diversity, and may also report to other BAE Board members.

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS

  • Full-time, remote position with regular online meetings and occasional travel to Brussels, London, and other locations.

SALARY AND EMPLOYMENT

  • Salary: €50-60k, depending on experience, plus benefits.

WHO WE NEED

  • An experienced individual passionate about diversity and gender-focused finance. A degree and fluency in English are required; other European languages are a plus. Project management experience and a strong grasp of angel investment are essential.
