The European Cyber Secuirty Organisation (ECSO) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team and play a crucial role in managing and growing ECSO’s Cyberhive EUROPE, the digital marketplace for European cybersecurity solutions (www.thecyberhive.eu).  It connects European vendors with end-users and investors. The platform is initiated and owned by ECSO.

Our mission is to empower the European cybersecurity ecosystem by connecting vendors, end-users, and investors. We are actively building brand recognition and acquiring active users across all categories.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen interest in managing a digital product with active users. You will work closely with developers to improve the platform, lead the growth and marketing efforts, and participate in building a thriving community.

 

Responsabilities:

Users Acquisition, Customer relationship and brand recognition:

  • Devise and execute strategies to bolster the acquisition of new active users, encompassing vendors, end-users, and investors, to drive the platform's growth
  • Retain active users and develop further the users relationships 
  • Lead initiatives to increase Cyberhive's market presence and ensure a consistent influx of active users by leveraging innovative marketing techniques and strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and expand the platform's user demographics.
 
Developing European cybersecurity solutions listing 
  • Continue a strategic initiative oriented at developing a pioneering European cybersecurity solutions listing based on existing methodology 
  • Improve the methodology together with the Community 
 
Platform Management, Development and User Support:
  • Manage and further develop (with external contractors) the Cyberhive platform (built on Drupal)
  • Provide ongoing support to active users of the platform
  • Adapt platform’s evolution to the market and tech trends 
  • Organise workshops with users to understand market needs to design and push platform improvements.
  • Improve user experience and functionality.
 
Marketing and Promotion:
  • Lead active promotion campaigns across various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, newsletters) to acquire new users and increase platform visibility.
  • Participate in industry events throughout Europe to promote the platform and ECSO.
 
Collaboration and Partnerships:
  • Collaborate with other ECSO projects and ECSO ecosystem (members, partners etc) to strengthen the platform's service offerings and create a more comprehensive ecosystem.
 
Sustainability:
  • Support the development and implementation of the platform's sustainability strategy.
