Representing over 45,000 SMEs through its national and regional member associations, DIGITAL SME is Europe’s first and largest ICT SME association. Along with the rapid acceleration of Europe’s digital transformation, the Alliance is growing and in need of a highly motivated and hands-on Standardisation Project Manager to strengthen our Brussels-based team!

  • Monitor EU calls for funding that are relevant for the association

  • Get involved into the identification of new services and areas of development for the organisation.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in EU funded projects, preferably related to digital technologies or SME support

  • Fluency in English, including excellent drafting skills
  • Can-do attitude and strong motivation, topped with an ability to self-start and implement new tasks and initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills and good time management
  • Legally eligible to work in Belgium

If this is you and you are looking for a challenging role that will allow you to make a real impact on the digital landscape and grow your skills and expertise, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Join our team and help shape the future of digital policies in Europe!

Work Conditions

As our Standardisation Project Manager you will be part of a dynamic international team. The office is located at the heart of the EU district in Brussels, easily accessible by public transport. Since the pandemic, we have established a hybrid work model, where the team works partly from the office, partly remotely. Flexible working hours are also part of the deal – the Alliance’s organisational culture is result- rather than control-driven.

We offer a full-time, permanent contract and a competitive salary package in line with your skills and level of experience.

Short missions abroad within the EU are a key part of the role.
