As we continue this mission, we are looking for a passionate Marketing Trainee to join our team and contribute to our vision of a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem in Europe.

What you will do:

The Marketing Trainee will work with the Marketing Director to maintain and enhance EBAN’s brand identity. They will ensure consistency across all marketing materials, both online and offline, engage with the community throughout various media channels, and provide new ideas to help further grow the community

  • Social media management: The Marketing Trainee will assist in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Event preparation: The Marketing Trainee will work closely with EBAN’s team to plan and execute events. They will assist in coordinating promotional activities, and attendee engagement strategies.
  • Mailing campaigns: The Marketing Trainee will assist in preparing mailing campaigns, monitor campaign performance, and make necessary adjustments for optimal results.
  • Conducting interviews, producing podcasts, and writing articles: The Marketing Trainee will assist in conducting interviews with members of the EBAN network. They will write articles that showcase the network members’ success stories, expertise, and perspectives. They will contribute to articles about European Union projects, highlighting EBAN’s involvement and impact in fostering entrepreneurship.
  • Graphic design and editing video: preparing visuals and videos for the promotion of events, articles, webinars, and other EBAN activities.

About you:

  • Experience in Marketing 
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and  presentation in English
  • Experience in social media management and digital marketing tools
  • Naturally creative thinker with a penchant for organisation and project management
  • Confident working autonomously with a proactive, solution-oriented and data-driven approach to your job
  • Deep interest in and curiosity about the early-stage Sector & Angel Investing
  • A strong motivation to learn new skills and processes

Compensation and perks:

  • Competitive Compensation: The Marketing Trainee will receive a monthly compensation of 800.00 EUR.
  • Covered Work Travel: As part of the role, the Marketing Trainee will have the opportunity to attend EBAN’s events and conferences. We will cover work-related travel costs, allowing them to engage with a diverse network of professionals and gain valuable insights.
  • Hybrid Work Model: You can work from Brussels or abroad
