logos is looking to hire a Senior Communications Consultant to join its fast-growing team in Brussels, Belgium in the heart of the EU bubble. We are a public affairs consultancy part of the MCI group, a global corporation specialised in communication, event and association management with 60 offices in 31 countries. This job opening is in the communications team working with clients on tech and automotive topics. 

Your Role

As a Senior Communication Consultant, you will lead the development and execution of media and social media strategies, creating compelling content across multiple platforms. You will also collaborate with the senior team to deliver a wide range of communications activities, including:

• Communication strategy definition & implementation
• Communication project management for the various deliverables
• Community engagement to boost engagement and grow followers
• Events organisation and coordination, both virtual and in-person
• Content creation and scheduling engaging posts for LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Creating eye-catching visuals tailored to various social media channels
• Performance reporting of social media campaigns and media outreach
• Assisting with copywriting and other communications team tasks

Your Profile

Our ideal candidate has:

• A master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or International Relations
• At least one year of experience in Project management of complex communication projects or event management experience
• Proven experience in drafting media and social media plans and producing impactful content
• In-depth knowledge of communications trends and social media platforms, with hands-on experience managing Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram for associations or public organizations
• A sharp eye for graphic content and proficiency with relevant design tools.
• A team spirit, exceptional organization skills and an ability to meet deadlines
• Intellectual curiosity and the drive to explore technical topics creatively and entrepreneurially
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (native-level proficiency or equivalent) fluency in additional European languages is a strong plus
• Eligible to work in the EU
• Available to join the team at short notice
• Willing to travel abroad to participate to clients’ meetings
