Are you a highly organised Project Manager consultant with exceptional time management skills? The Medical Nutrition International Industry (MNI) is seeking a part-time Project Manager to support our strategic initiatives and coordinate key stakeholder projects.
About Us
MNI is an international not-for-profit association representing the medical nutrition industry. We work towards a world where medical nutrition is an integrated part of treatment across the continuum of care. Our vision is to achieve better care through better nutrition, across all ages and healthcare settings.
The Role
- Part-time position (22 hours/week), consultancy services
- Hybrid working arrangement with weekly office presence in Brussels
- Competitive compensation: €60-62K per year (based on experience)
- Start date: Mid-February 2025 or later, depending on availability of the person selected
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management and implementation of activities
- Coordinate stakeholder relationships for co-funded projects
- Manage working groups and facilitate cross-team collaboration
- Develop and implement MNI's anniversary activities for 2025
- Create and maintain project documentation and status reports
- Support budget tracking and financial reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience
- Native or equivalent English proficiency (French is an asset)
- Proficiency in project management tools (compatible with Office 365)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in healthcare, health policies, or nutrition is a valuable asset
