Internship description

Internship purpose

The internship is focused primarily on supporting PAN Europe’s policy work in 2025 about  the toxicity of pesticides used in agriculture. You will be involved in PAN Europe’s daily tasks related to the work carried out by the European Commission, EFSA, the European Parliament, Member States and our different NGO partners and contribute to our goal of reducing the harm caused by  pesticides in the EU.  

Working with a very motivated team of experts in agriculture, toxicology and policy-making, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience in advocacy, awareness raising, communication activities, toxicology and food systems.

Main tasks

-Support investigations on the misimplementation of the EU pesticides law;

-Help coordinating work with PAN members;

-Collect and summarise scientific and political information;

-Help writing/disseminating communication material;

-Contribute to writing policy documents;

-Support members with lobby materials;

-Help organising events.
