Our Public Affairs consultancy, based in Brussels is seeking a motivated EU Public Affairs intern to reinforce our team. The role involves supporting key corporate clients and an association, primarily within the digital sector, while addressing topics ranging from sustainability to digital policy. The internship will encompass EU policy research, analysis and organisational support, with an emphasis on coalition management.

What are we looking for?
- Excellent command of English (other EU languages are an asset).
- Interest in EU Public Affairs.
- A solid understanding of the EU, its institutions, and policy-making processes.
- A university-level degree in law or political sciences.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyse legislation, rules and regulations, and summarise them in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstration of assertiveness, flexibility and autonomy.
What will be your main responsibilities?
- Assist in the work of key client accounts in the digital sector
- Support the coordination of political engagement as well as the organisation of events.
- Follow key policy debates in the European Institutions.
- Prepare regular news reports and political analyses.
- Conduct research on various issues, monitor policy developments and daily news and produce concise reports.
- Attend conferences, seminars, hearings.
