IAD is looking for a Digital Marketing Officer (Voluntary).

Objectives of this Role

• Maintain and update the website’s content according to IAD’s current needs
• Attend regular calls to coordinate your activities with the rest of IAD
• Support other IAD members with technical challenges 

Skills and Qualifications

• Passion for promoting democracy, rule of law and human rights as well as IAD’s mission
• The candidate is expected to volunteer for 3-5 hours per week to this role.
• Experience in email marketing and CRM management, with a strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and A/B testing
• Proficiency in managing customer databases and working with CRM systems
• In-depth knowledge of website cookies and experience ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
• Familiarity with SEO principles and experience conducting SEO analysis using relevant tools
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and data integrity
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and CRM software (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Basic understanding of Google Workspace and collaboration tools on Google Docs
