Background:

The European Network for Women in Leadership (WIL Europe) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the promotion and advancement of the professional and social interests of women in leadership positions from different sectors across Europe.

 

Responsibilities:

Working in a friendly international team, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Content creation – preparing our monthly newsletter; creating communications materials such as brochures; and more
  • Social media management – managing and growing WIL’s presence on X/LinkedIn
  • Interviews - conducting and editing interviews with our members
  • Communications strategy – contributing ideas to WIL’s communications strategy, including web development
  • Events support – assisting with the organisation of our events, e.g. preparing event reports.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about communication and who wants to develop their expertise at the heart of a small, dynamic and meaningful organisation.

Requirements:

  • Is studying, or has studied, communication, politics and social affairs or relevant field.
  • Creativity and the ability to come up with new ideas.
  • Experience in social media management and in web content-producing software, particularly Canva.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to exercise good judgement and be proactive. 
  • Strong interpersonal and teamworking skills.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); good knowledge of French.
  • Commitment to gender equality.
