Account Manager - Pro Sales 
 
Reporting to: Senior Sales Director 
 
Purpose: Having a clear understanding of Euractiv’s Pro solution and managing the existing subscriber accounts, serving as the client’s main point of contact, building relationships, maintaining excellent customer service and growing revenue. 
 
Regular: 09:00-18:00;  
 
Main responsibilities: 
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities for upsell and renewals to maximise existing accounts value 
  • Manage a pool of accounts, and manage the full renewal cycle, by maintaining relationships with senior executives working in EU Affairs  
  • Give training and presentations and offering product demos and proposals to meet clients’ customised needs 
  • Get constant feedback from existing clients to improve our Premium intelligence offering 
  • Be a brand ambassador and represent Euractiv and networking events 
Person specification: knowledge and experience 
  • Experience in business development including B2B sales  
  • An excellent level of written and spoken English 
  • Excellent  communication skills to make presentations to relevant stakeholders 
  • Negotiation skills that will result in securing commercial partnerships 
  • Strong understanding of EU Affairs market and its stakeholders 
  • Track record of business development and experience with CRM tools is preferred

What we offer: 
 
This is a full-time employment contract under Belgian law (“contrat à durée indéterminée”), with salary and responsibilities commensurate to the candidate’s level of experience.
