Unioncamere Europa asbl, based in Brussels, is looking for a Junior Project & Training Officer (full-time).
Profile
- Around 10–12 months of professional experience in the management and/or implementation of European or international projects (e.g. EU-funded programmes) and/or in the design and delivery of training activities (workshops, webinars, academies).
- Operational knowledge of the project cycle (activity planning, deliverables, timelines, reporting). Initial experience in preparing training materials and supporting the delivery of training activities.
- Strong operational drafting skills (project reports, presentations, training materials). Excellent command of Italian and English (written and spoken); French is an asset.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
- Confident use of digital tools (Office / Google Workspace, Zoom / Teams, LMS, PowerPoint / Canva).
- Team-oriented attitude in an international environment, with proactivity and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities:
- European projects: support the management and implementation of EU-funded projects; contribute to the preparation and updating of deliverables; operational coordination with project partners; data collection and reporting; basic administrative support.
- Training: support the design of training programmes; prepare training materials; organise and deliver webinars and workshops addressed to Chambers of Commerce and SMEs; collect feedback and contribute to the evaluation of training activities.
- Events and communication: support the organisation of project-related events and meetings; contribute to informational materials and presentations.
- Partner relations: support relations with project partners and European networks.
- Willingness to undertake short trips within the EU.
Conditions
- Full-time contract with a 6-month probation period.
- Location: Brussels.
- Indicative starting date: to be agreed.
- Indicative net monthly salary: around €2,000
