About the job
QUEST is currently recruiting a proactive, dynamic and motivated Membership Officer. The position oversees growing the NGO’s membership, collaborating and co-designing initiatives that aim at bringing together our partners and advancing change in education in Europe and beyond. The ideal candidate should be able to anticipate needs, provide information in a timely manner and solve issues autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement membership strategies.
- Manage the full membership cycle: recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
- Organize events (workshops, webinars, conferences) for members.
- Gather member feedback to enhance offerings.
- Represent QUEST at conferences to grow our network.
- Collaborate with teams to incorporate member insights into initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- People-oriented with a passion for education.
- Flexibility and proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French/Dutch is a plus.
