About the job

QUEST is currently recruiting a proactive, dynamic and motivated Membership Officer. The position oversees growing the NGO’s membership, collaborating and co-designing initiatives that aim at bringing together our partners and advancing change in education in Europe and beyond.  The ideal candidate should be able to anticipate needs, provide information in a timely manner and solve issues autonomously. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement membership strategies.
• Manage the full membership cycle: recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Organize events (workshops, webinars, conferences) for members.
• Gather member feedback to enhance offerings.
• Represent QUEST at conferences to grow our network.
• Collaborate with teams to incorporate member insights into initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• People-oriented with a passion for education.
• Flexibility and proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French/Dutch is a plus.
