  • Providing support to the team concerning the follow-up and analysis of pension policy and pension fund legislation, taxation, internal market, and continuously monitoring the work of the EU supervisory agencies (EIOPA, ESMA, EBA), while reporting developments to our members.
  • Managing working group meetings and preparing their supporting documents.
  • Representing PensionsEurope at the EU institutions, in activities with stakeholders, and in external meetings.
  • Preparing consultations’ answers, position papers, and other policy documents, reports, presentations, and speaking points.
  • Preparing and presenting documents for the Board of Directors and General Assembly.
  • Contributing and/or leading communication activities, including events, newsletters, social media, and website management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • A university (Master's or higher) degree.
  • Knowledge of EU affairs, pension policy and legislation, supervisory mechanisms, financial services regulation, and/or social policy.
  • Relevant experience, preferably in the EU institutional environment.
  • Relevant skills in communications and/or project management are a plus.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Well-developed social, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Dynamic and flexible personality; self-starter.
  • Capacity to work independently and in a small team.
  • Knowledge of a second EU working language is a plus.

The deadline for applications is 30 May 2025.

Starting date: as soon as possible, ideally in June 2025.
