
Manager – Sustainability, Energy & Mobility Practice
logos public affairs is seeking a talented and dynamic Manager to join our growing Sustainability, Energy & Mobility practice.

About the role:
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and growing team of public affairs (PA), communications (COMMS), and association management (AM&C) professionals. You will lead high-profile projects and client engagements in sustainability and mobility, directly reporting to senior management.
The role involves supervising project teams, driving advocacy strategies, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and contributing proactively to expanding our client portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
Public Affairs – Transport & Mobility
- Manage key corporate and association accounts, supervising a team of PA and communication consultants.
- Directly liaise with clients, build and nurture strong relationships, and maintain relevant stakeholder networks within the mobility and transport sectors.
- Attend critical policy events, analyse policy developments, and provide strategic insights.
- Draft policy briefings, position papers, advocacy strategies, and client-facing documentation.
- Support business development activities and collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver integrated policy and communications solutions.
Association Management – Sustainability
- Lead comprehensive association management strategies, overseeing timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
- Provide strategic advisory services, leveraging sector expertise, association management experience, and best practices.
- Coordinate internal project teams and client working groups, ensuring alignment on strategy and execution.
- Foster sustainable client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and added value.
- Support logos’ broader sales and marketing strategy by expanding existing relationships.
Candidate profile:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in consultancy, trade associations, EU institutions, or corporate environments.
- Fluent in English (native or equivalent); proficiency in another European language is required.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of the EU decision-making landscape and processes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability in business development.
- Ability to simplify complex technical issues, effectively engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Creative and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Proven people management experience; able to motivate, coach, and inspire teams.
- Excellent project management capabilities; process-driven, detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines.
- Consensus-building mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Eligible to work in the EU.
- Available to join the team by mid-May to early June 2025.
