You will make an impact by
-
Supporting activities across the team, including coordination of outreach initiatives and administrative support
-
Helping craft compelling narratives and messaging that strategically positions CFG's work with Brussels-based policymakers and other target audiences
-
Assisting with stakeholder relationship management, tracking engagement and maintaining relevant records
-
Drafting briefings, talking points and presentations for CFG speaking engagements
-
Contributing to broader outreach and engagement planning alongside the communications and public affairs team
-
Collaborating on the delivery of high-impact events and campaigns
-
Helping identify and secure strategic speaking opportunities for CFG team members
-
Creating content for CFG channels and media partners
-
EU policy and events monitoring and intelligence research
-
Supporting with digital communications, fundraising, and project management tasks as required
The Comms & PA team is a one-stop-shop for CFG. We collaborate across the organisation to maximise our influence, managing all external outputs and audiences. This role will give you an opportunity to learn about the full range of Comms, Advocacy, Public Affairs and Development work.

Essential skills

Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to propose new ideas

Excellent written and verbal communication in English; other languages are a bonus

Digital skills, especially experience with WordPress, social media advertising, and design tools (Canva, Photoshop)
