Our Public Affairs consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager to join our team. You will play a central role in keeping our consultancy running smoothly, be responsible for the overall management of our office and bring administrative support to our associations. With over 25 years of experience and a client portfolio made up of industry leaders, we offer the opportunity to work in a company that’s at the heart of fast-moving policy debates.

Main Responsibilities:
- FPOC for all things office related and run the day-to-day operations of the office, such as:
- Coordinate office logistics and building management
- Liaise with syndicate, subcontractors, tenants and manage related contracts
- Ensure periodic maintenance of the office
- Help coordinate internal events
- Identify and implement office management improvements to enhance the workplace experience
- Manage premises compliance with legal requirements and standards (e.g. safety and fire protection)
- General administrative and finance support to several European and Belgian associations, such as:
- Contract creation and follow-up (clients and suppliers)
- Publication to the Moniteur Belge
- Support payment and invoicing processes (send out invoices, reminders…)
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with colleagues and suppliers
- Solid planning and organisational skills
- Relevant education and/or work experience, preferably in an international environment
- Solid knowledge of standard office software, especially Excel
- Assertiveness, flexibility, initiatives with a ‘can do’ attitude!
