Administrative Officer – College of Europe Alumni Association
(Brussels-based, 6-month Full- Time contract)
As the network of Alumni of the College of Europe continues to grow across Europe and beyond, the College of Europe Alumni Association is looking for a committed and organised Administrative Officer to support the voluntary work of its President and Board.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, experience in social media management, and an interest in the workings of the European network of professionals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the President and Board, and the management of the Alumni Association and its range of activities
- Support communication activities, including assisting with newsletters, social media, and website updates
- Organise internal meetings (scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, follow-up)
- Assist in coordinating with Alumni sections and volunteers
- Assist in planning and executing Alumni events
- Maintain Alumni database and update internal records
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in administration, organisation, and/or coordination roles
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Clear and effective communication, both written and spoken
- Fluency in English (French or other EU languages are an asset)
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of the College of Europe or Alumni networks is an advantage
- Location: Brussels(in-person)
Contract: 6-month contract, full-time
The position is expected to start in May 2025.
