Sales Enablement
- Maintain and update sales decks, pitches, and internal documentation
- Support rollout of tools, processes, sales methodologies
- Help for the coordination and development of onboarding programs for new sales hires
- Coordinate internal communications for sales teams (updates)
- Support outreach efforts and prospection
- Help Sales leadership to analyze sales performance data and identify skill gaps leading to training opportunities
Sales Operations
- Manage the CRM developments ( work with Product on data quality, pipeline accuracy, account updates)
- Generate and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards
- Support territory planning and account assignments
- Help implement and optimize sales tools (CRM, automation platforms)
Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign tracking and lead flow
- Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and operational tasks
Skills
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with sales processes and funnels
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong project management skills
- Proactive and solutions oriented
- Business and analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across different teams
Ideal Background
- 1–3 years experience (in sales, operations, marketing or business development)
- Business, economics, or similar degree preferred
- Interest in Media and Sales enablement
