FIGIEFA, the European federation representing independent automotive aftermarket distributors, is looking for a proactive and well-organised Event Coordinator & Office Assistant to support our meetings, events and daily office management.
πΉ Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, events and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting materials and presentations
- Manage agendas, correspondence and office supplies
- Maintain contact databases and archives
- Provide general administrative support
πΉ Your competences
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong MS Office skills; Canva/Adobe a plus
- Excellent English + working French
- Organised, flexible, solution-oriented and efficient under time pressure
