Reporting to: Director of Account Management
Purpose: Assistance to account management for the portfolio of Euractiv members.
Hours: Full time (09:00-18:00). Work outside of these hours may be required depending on the agenda, for which time off in lieu will be given.
Holidays: 14 paid holidays per year (7 for the first 6 months and 7 for the following 6 months)
Salary: 1120 EUR / month first six months; 1400 EUR / month following six months (if both parties agree on the extension), CIP contract
Main responsibilities:
- Assistance with client management, especially day by day interactions
- Assistance with achievement reports for clients Management (and continuous update) of account management databases
- Support to communication and marketing activities towards Euractiv members
- Support of organisation of events and trainings for Euractiv members
- Assistance in liaising with the different internal departments, in particular implementation, new business and events
- General office management and administrative task
- Person specification: knowledge and experience
- University education: European affairs and/or project management, Communications
- Knowledge of and interest in the EU market
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs Office
