Job description and responsabilities
Working for an international association well established in the agriculture sector and based in Brussels, under the supervision and coordination of the Director, the Public relations and Communciation advisor will:
- contribute to the advocavy positions and public relations activities
- draft, design and edit communication materials
- manage internal and external communication activities, including social medial accounts and website
- collect information and manage the association databases
- manage the organisation of internal and external events in Brussels and abroad
- liaise with members
Area of expertise
- experience in managing EU public affairs, communication
- knowledge of EU decision making process
- social media and digital savvy
- knowledge in agri-food sector appreciated
Minimum profil required
- Master's degree in Political Science, EU affairs, commmunication or other relevant Degrees (Agronomy, Envirmental Sciences)
- 3 years' work experience in Brussels in similar position
- Experience and proficiency in Office Management and other software (Canva etc.)
- fluent written/spoken English, excellent in at least two other European languages (French, german)
- team oriented, well-organised
- good relational skills
- residency in Belgium
