You will be working in a vibrant international office. You will be in the middle of EU affairs, both physically and through your work. You will contribute to one of the central EU affairs media and support bringing our news, multimedia content and newsletters to Euractiv’s readers.

 

We are now looking for an intern in our Accounts implementation team, based in Brussels.

Candidates should be available as soon as possible!

Main responsibility: Assistance with client reporting, implementation of campaigns and project management. 

Tasks:

  • Assistance with client management 
  • Assistance with achievement and analytics reports for clients, including statistics taken from different platforms
  • Management (and continuous update) of project management databases
  • Assistance in advertising campaigns and other marketing tools
  • Assistance in liaising with the different internal departments involved in our commercial partnerships
  • General office management and administrative tasks

Profile:

  • University education: European affairs and/or project management, Communications
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written) 
  • Very organised and detail-oriented
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs Office
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment
  • Ability to face tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of/Interest in the EU market
  • Proactive, open-minded, flexible, multi-tasker
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Eligible to work in the EU

  • 6 months to one year contract under Belgian law (CIP). Paid internship. First 6 months, salary of 1.120€. Second 6 months, salary of 1.400€.
