Administrative Officer
Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be required to:
Performing all tasks pertaining to the office’s management:
- Managing payroll,
- Issuance and payment of invoices,
- Managing office supplies,
- Booking of travel and accommodation when needed,
- Keeping mail distribution lists up-to-date,
- Contribute to keep the EOS website up-to-date,
- Support the CEO when needed,
Performing all tasks pertaining to the administration of European research project:
- Manage the administrative project management cycle through the dedicated Excel program (Timesheets, PMs, Costs, Periodic financial reporting),
- Maintain the project management EM-Desk program & provide frequent overviews (PM/costs),
- Contribute to Grant Agreements (GA) finalization & keep track of GA requirements and obligations,
- Contribute to the administrative project planning process,
- Support the team in European projects when needed.
Please consider that such list is non-exhaustive; the successful candidate might be requested to take on other tasks depending on the needs of the company.
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent command of Excel and Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent quantitative reasoning capacity;
- At least 2 years of experience of EU-funded projects (H2020 among others);
- Quick, clear and concise drafting and reporting skills;
- Proactive, flexible, dependable and trustworthy;
- Excellent English oral & written communication skills;
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to work from the office full-time.
