About the Membership Function
The Team manages the relations between the Association and the companies and organisations that form its membership. It organises meetings, connects partners, fulfils administrative and governance responsibilities, promotes services among existing members, scouts new ones, and strives to build lasting relationships of cooperation and support. We engage members to help them achieve their goals through their work with Hydrogen Europe.
Main responsibilities:
- Promote the membership to recruit new members, including at events and trade fairs
- Promote Hydrogen Europe’s flagship event, the European Hydrogen Week, seeking sponsors and exhibitors
- Coordinate consortium building
- Facilitate connections among members
- Maintain a custom-built member activity database
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related;
- At least 2 years of experience and existing network in the energy or renewables sector; hydrogen is a strong plus
- An excellent command of spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus;
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills;
- Ability to communicate with tact, diplomacy, and discretion;
- Sales and promotion skills;
- Data-management skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Strong time management, (self-)organisational skills and an eye for detail;
