IBRO is seeking a Grants & Events Intern to support the delivery of its international grants, training programs, and programmatic events.
This paid, full-time internship is designed for professionals with prior work experience who are seeking to retrain or transition into the non-profit, grant or event coordination sector. The role offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in the operations of a global scientific organization that supports neuroscience researchers worldwide.Working closely with members of IBRO’s Grants and Programs team, the Intern will actively contribute to well-defined operational and administrative tasks, such as coordination, documentation and follow-up activities that support the smooth delivery of IBRO funding programs and programmatic events (virtual and in-person).

Contract details
- Type: Paid internship under the Convention d’Immersion Professionnelle (CIP)
- Duration: Up to 1 year (1 year preferred)
- Eligibility: Open to candidates from the EU or those holding a valid EU work permit
- Location: IBRO Secretariat, Brussels, Belgium (relocation is required)
- Start Date: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis
