As Ad Operations Coordinator/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital advertising ecosystem. You are the go-to expert for managing and optimizing ad campaigns across our news platforms, ensuring that every impression delivers value for both our clients and our audience.
What you will do
- Campaign Management & Optimization
Oversee the full lifecycle of digital ad campaigns – from setup to delivery – while continuously optimizing performance to meet client objectives. - Adserving & Newsletter Tools
Manage and maintain our ad-serving platforms (such as Google Ad Manager) and newsletter publishing tools, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency. - Inventory Management
Monitor and manage ad inventory across all channels, balancing demand and supply to maximize revenue opportunities. - Innovation & Product Implementation
Lead the implementation and maintenance of new and competitive advertising products, including Programmatic and the introduction of audience targeting. - Reporting & Insights
Deliver clear, actionable campaign reports and performance insights to internal teams and clients, helping shape future strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in ad operations of a digital platform
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Google Ad Manager or equivalent ad-serving platforms. knowledgeability about reporting tools like Looker Studio or Power BI is welcomed
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Problem-Solver: Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and finding innovative solutions.
- Collaborator: Excellent communication skills to work closely with sales, marketing, tech teams and other key stakeholders.
