The Belgian Subsidiary of RINA, i.e., RINA Consulting SA is recruiting an accountant for its Office in Brussels. The candidate will assist with the administrative and accounting tasks of the Office. Under the supervision of the Director and in collaboration with the Corporate accounting, holder of this position will be required to:

  • prepare data for the management of the book-keeping
  • ensure data entry of purchase, sale invoices and financial statements
  • follow up on payments, invoices, etc.
  • ensure data entry of payroll journals
  • monthly VAT return
  • prepare periodic closing accounts (in collaboration with the Corporate Accounting)
  • prepare payments from the Corporate Cash Pool, to be executed by the Director
  • use the Accounting Corporate Software, as well as Microsoft Office suite
  • perform the necessary administrative tasks in relation with the function (mailing, filing, archiving).

Ideal candidates should:

  • have a Degree in Book-keeping
  • have at least 2 years of experience in relevant field. Good junior profile to consider.
  • have an excellent command of French and English (spoken & written)
  • be reliable, efficient and motivated
  • be able to deliver quality within given time constraints
  • be a proficient user of MS Office suite (Excel , Word, PowerPoint)
