We are looking for a student in communication and/or marketing to reinforce our Team as an intern for 4-6 months as part of his/her university studies. The successful candidate will support the Team with communication activities and the preparation of the yearly conference event.

Tasks

  • Support with the preparation of our yearly conference event;
  • Assist with event registrations: follow up on confirmations, invoicing, etc.;
  • Contribute to projects in communication and events;
  • Support mailing campaigns/LinkedIn postings;
  • Provide support to the creation of videos and infographics.

Requirements and skills

  • Undergraduate/graduate student in Communication, Public Relations, and/or Marketing;
  • Internship must be mandatory in the candidate’s study programme;
  • Good level of English (B2), knowledge of French is an asset;
  • Basic web design knowledge. Experience in web content management systems is an asset;
  • Good Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, MS Office suite;
  • Eager to learn new skills and with ability to work on multiple tasks;
  • Motivated to contribute to a small but dynamic team.

Terms & conditions

  • Start date: mid-January 2022;
  • Full-time position, in accordance with school/university rules;
  • Duration: up to 6 months;
  • Compensation as per Belgian law relating to student-interns.
