Job description

We are looking for a motivated person about accounting and reports. The intern will support the Chief Operating Officer in reporting, accounting and sending invoices.

Main responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Accounting Intern to join the operations team.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Process and prepare purchase invoices for payments.
  • Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested.
  • Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
  • Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
  • Adhere to the association’s financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • An excellent command of spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Punctual.
  • Reliable.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly.
