Step-by-Step Guide
- Click on the Sign Up button in the top-right corner of the site.
- Choose whether you are registering as a Candidate or an Employer.
- If you choose Candidate, use your full name as your username.
- If you choose Employer, use your company name as your username.
- If you wish, you can edit your profile by clicking on the admin icon at the top of the page.
- If you are a Candidate, add your professional details so potential employers can review your profile.
- If you are an Employer, add your company logo (visible on the page only with a Standard or Premium job ad), along with your phone number and address.
Subsequent Steps for Employers
- Click Buy a Package and select the package that best suits your job ad.
- Fill in your invoice information. If you have a VAT number, don’t forget to add it.
- After purchasing your job ad package, click Post a New Job, from the left menu visible in your Profile page.
- Fill in all the required information for your job ad, select your purchased package from the dropdown menu, enter the job title and description, and specify the job closing date.
- Don’t forget to include an email address or a link where candidates can submit their applications.
- To publish the job ad
- Click Add Job to publish your listing.
- View your job ad by clicking Browse Jobs
Editing job ad or profile
Logos are only visible for Standard and Premium jobs. To display your company logo, please upload the logo to your account Profile.
Your job ad will be available in your account dashboard under the “Manage Jobs” tab. You can edit your job post at any time from this section.
Purchasing a job package
In order for a package to appear at the bottom of the “Post a new job” form, you first need to purchase a package. This can be done through the “Packages” tab or through the cart icon in the top right corner.

To access the public link, simply find your posted job in the Browse Jobs section of the website.

This likely has happened because your account was registered as a “Candidate”, rather than an “Employer”. “Candidate” profiles are unable to publish job ads. Please contact us using the form below, describing your issue, and we will update your account status as soon as possible.
We recommend using your company name, as the username will automatically appear as the Company name in your Profile. However, you can also use your company’s email address and update the company name in your Profile later.
