HOTREC is the umbrella association representing the hospitality sector in Europe, bringing together 47 national associations from 36 countries. We speak on behalf of hotels, restaurants, bars, and cafés across the continent – a vibrant industry at the heart of Europe’s economy, culture, and communities.
Our mission is to:
- Represent and advocate for the interests of the European hospitality sector before EU and international institutions
- Foster knowledge exchange, collaboration, and best practices among our members
- Serve as a trusted platform of expertise and insight for policymakers, stakeholders, and the wider public.
