BCCH – Brussels Centre for Collaboration in Health is a Brussels-based non-profit organisation supporting European collaboration in health and health technology assessment. BCCH is looking for a new colleague based in Belgium to support our organisation’s day-to-day operations.
We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Administrative Expert who enjoys bringing structure to a dynamic European environment.
This is a full-time position based on a Belgian unlimited employment contract. The salary depends on demonstrable qualifications and experience, with an indicative salary range from 2.500EUR to 3.500EUR gross per month.
What you will do
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Support the General Manager with daily administrative tasks
- Overseeing daily administrative operations and supporting efficient, policy-compliant ways of working
- Managing records, files and documentation, both digitally and physically, with a strong focus on SharePoint and OpenProject.
- Supporting accounting and financial administration, including invoice processing and expense tracking
- Coordinating calendars, meetings and hybrid events
- Managing office communications, including emails, calls and general correspondence
- Supporting HR administration
- Liaising with suppliers, service providers and other stakeholders
- Providing general administrative support to the leadership team and wider staff group
What we are looking for
- You can join our team as of November 2026 (or earlier)
- You are based in Belgium and able to work regularly from our Brussels office (easy to reach in the city center)
- You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage
- You have experience in administration, accounting and office coordination
- You are confident using Microsoft 365
- You are reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable managing several priorities
- You are available to travel internationally
- Ideally, you have a background or experience in:
- Health Economics
- Health Care Management
- Public Health
- Pharmaceutical Sciences, with a focus on health economics, market access or reimbursement
- Business Administration or Office Management, combined with demonstrable experience in the healthcare sector
A specific university degree is not required. We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills, a positive and self-starter mindset, strong sense of responsibility and relevant experience.
