Job Purpose/Role
The role of the Representative Office is to further strengthen Allianz’s presence in the ‘EU capital’, conveying the Allianz Group’s voice into the policy debate and legislative process leveraging on a deep understanding of key legislative processes and the entire dynamic of political advocacy and consensus building processes.
 
The Team Assistant reports directly to the Head of the Allianz SE Representative Office.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a proactive and efficient office management, including scheduling, travel management, organization of meetings/phone/video conferences, filing and document management
  • Prepare and handle independently in- and outgoing office correspondence in English and French, and preferably German
  • Order office supplies, claim for travel expenses and handle payment of invoices
 
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate can demonstrate an organized approach to administration, ability to multi-task and prioritize, work on their own initiative and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken), German would be a strong asset
  • Excellent computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 
Experience & Key skills:
  • Very strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively and accurately in an international environment
  • Proven ability to work independently and to demonstrate flexibility
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
