Your role
Responsibilities
  • Support creation of social media strategy
  • Day-to-day management and monitoring of social media channels
  • Develop an online influencers network that can promote amfori organically (internally and externally)
  • Develop digital marketing campaigns (includes paid advertising) to raise visibility of brand and foster engagement
  • Live online coverage during events
  • Day-to-day management of amfori’s international website. Liasing with relevant parties to ensure timely content creation and updates which reflect internal developments and resonate with our audiences
  • Coordination with development agency to roll-out new developments and fix website bugs/functionalities within short time frames
  • Analysis of website performance. Constant suggestions for improvements of international and local websites. Reporting on concrete KPIs
  • SEO strategy
  • Support development of marketing automation tools and its channels (Newsletters, magazines, etc)
Challenges
  • Staying up-to date with online behavior trends and incorporating necessary changes
  • Foster engagement online across a diverse range of stakeholders in a balanced manner
  • Encourage and equip members of amfori staff to become brand ambassadors online organically
  • Ensure static online content is up to date and attractive to our readers
  • Improvement of user experience on website and simple display of a broad organisation
  • Ensure marketing team has tools for distribution which are easy to use and give valuable information
Experience required
  • Degree in marketing & communications or equivalent
  • At least three years of proven experience working with digital channels (social media, websites, newsletters, etc)
  • Experience in development of interactive digital campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Ability to report on standard online KPIs and draw content recommendations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Balance between creative and analytical thinking
  • Team player
  • Excellent level of English (Native or fluent.) Other languages are an asset
