EPRA is offering a Summer Internship this year for 8 weeks to 3 months. The role is dependent on experience, qualifications and proximity to Brussels. EPRA may assist with travel costs or small bursaries for the right candidate.

Potential candidates should have a good and demonstrable level of numeracy and literacy, and be studying for a degree in any of the following disciplines: Business, Finance, Economics or Real Estate

Potential candidates should be studying at undergraduate degree-level with preferably 2 years’ experience or should be post-graduates studying towards an MSc.

Good Excel skills and some knowledge of databases would be advantageous. 

The Internship experience will include, and not be limited to, the following:

  • Responsible for review, analysis and updates to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
  • Research and collate company financial data from a variety of sources (annual reports, websites, analyst reports, Bloomberg, SNL and Reuters) to assist the wider EPRA team with a view to:
    • Assisting the research team update and refine the complex in-house Excel models
    • Assisting Project Managers identify corrupt or missing data and organise update

The role can be as interesting and varied as the candidate makes it, with significant scope for research and analysis within the time available.

Past candidates have been employed on full-time contracts by EPRA or have used their Internship with EPRA to secure roles within prestigious organisation’s such as leading property companies, the Big Four or entry to further studies at some of the world’s leading business schools.
