We are looking for you:
The Ministry for European Integration in Belgrade, Serbia, needs your expertise to develop its strategic communica-tion as part of the EU accession process. The Ministry is responsible for coordinating EU acces-sion negotiations, the National Program for the Adoption of the EU Acquis, and donor coordination. A key aspect is public relations work on topics relevant to EU accession. The aim is to im-prove information provided to the population, the EU and donors on the measures that are nec-essary and those that have already taken, together with the importance of Serbia’s EU integration.

Your tasks will involve:

  • Analyzing existing communication channels and instruments;
  • Supporting the further development of the Ministry’s communication program for differ-ent target groups in the population, EU institutions and EU member states;
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the communication program and key messages, including budgeting and evaluation;
  • Establishing and maintaining contacts with decision-makers in EU institutions, other EU member states and civil society.

Your profile:

  • A university degree in communication science or political science or another field of study suitable for the role ;
  • Several years of experience in political communication;
  • Well established links to the EU in the area of enlargement policy;
  • Knowledge of political institutions in Serbia;
  • Business English Proficiency.
