  • The position will consist primarily in:
  • daily management of the organisation
  • management of general correspondence and enquiries
  • accounting procedures and budgeting reports
  • HR management
  • Legal Affairs
  • update website
  • organisation of internal meeting and events support
  • assistance to the Director General

The employer may assign other tasks to the Office Manager, depending on the needs of the company, provided that these functions are consistent with the skills and the rank of the employee and will be an extension of the normal activities. The employee agrees that such a change in working conditions is not considered an essential change.


  • La tâche principale de l'Office Manager consistera essentiellement en:
  • la gestion quotidienne de l'organisation
  • la gestion de la correspondance générale et demandes de renseignements
  • les procédures de comptabilité et de rapports budgétaires
  • la gestion des ressources humaines
  • affaires juridiques
  • mis à jour du site web
  • l'organisation de réunion interne et soutien à l'organisation des événements
  • assistance au Directeur général.

L’employeur peut confier d’autres tâches à l'Office Manager, en fonction des nécessités de l’entreprise, étant entendu que ces fonctions doivent être compatibles avec les compétences et le rang de l’employé et se situer dans le prolongement des activités normales. L’employé accepte qu’une telle modification des conditions de travail ne soit pas considérée comme une modification essentielle

Additional points:

Languages:  English mandatory + French and/or Dutch to high spoken and written level + ideally German where applicable.

Previous experience is a pre-request including excellent IT skills (MS Office) and familiarity with database management
