EY Advisory Services is currently seeking highly skilled Senior Consultant for our EU Advisory Projects. EY Advisory Services is a fast-moving, high-growth area with huge potential. It offers variety, challenge, responsibility and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential.

As part of the GPS Advisory Team, EY France is looking to enhance its team with the employment of a Senior Consultant in EU Policy.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • You will work as an EU Policy Consultant in a team of professionals dedicated to providing technical assistance and advisory services to the EU Institutions.
  • You will be involved in EU projects which include performing studies, evaluations and impact assessments for a diverse Directorate Generals of the European Commission. Such projects may involve performing desk research, data collection and data analysis and report drafting. You will work on a range of policy areas, including Justice, Home affairs, Economic Development, Employment, Health, Innovation and Digital Agenda, research, communication, etc. You will be involved in the delivery of communication and outreach initiatives through the use of stakeholders engagement techniques and tools.
  • In the capacity of business development, you will participate in the preparation of EU tenders and proposals.
  • You will play a role in managing the administration and financial aspects of ongoing projects, liaise with colleagues throughout the EY Global Network and coordinate multi-sector projects.


  • You have obtained a Master’s Degree in European Affairs, Economics or Political Science;
  • You have 3-5 years of experience working on European Affairs/policies either directly with the European Institutions or consultancies;
  • You have excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • You have a good knowledge of the European Union Institutions and policies.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of English (oral and written). Further language skills would be an asset.
