Job description

With your team of two people and with a direct report to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you are responsible for completing on time and on quality multiple client-offering improvement projects. You support 4 IP-focused business units and deliver an intensive, long-term, project roadmap with around 50 projects in the pipeline.

More specifically, you:

improve the company’s service offering and competitiveness by:

  • analyzing competitive landscape and anticipating environment evolutions through dedicated market research;

Propose and deliver new services or improvements to existing services implying:

  • creating a business case and clearly defining business objectives for each project
  • taking full ownership of projects to ensure on-time and on-quality delivery, with a hands-on approach
  • analyzing the legal environment in cooperation with the legal department and implementing accordingly
  • anticipating IT constraints and collaborating with IT to deliver the required functionalities
  • leading change management with customers, support functions (such as Marketing, Business Development, Client Care, Finance, Accounting, Quality, IP Legal, HR), internal operations and suppliers

Additionally, you: 

  • define the organization and objectives for the service design department, including HR resources and skills;
  • coordinate all company roadmaps and participate in their definition;
  • supervise the availability of any project-related information, define and implement the associated governance, define and populate the project management monitoring system, coordinate any global roadmap or specific project evolutions and organize the communication internally and externally if required;
  • pro-actively collaborate with Quality department in developing quality awareness and complaint management within the department;
  • strengthen the team spirit and contribute to sharing best practices across the Company.


  • Extensive experience in the management and administration of projects
  • Experience with Lean methodology and DMAIC project methodology
  • Excellent ability to quickly understand requirements of the business to ensure effective delivery
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and IT platforms in general
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken and an excellent command of French
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication and management skills
  • High ethical standards and absolute confidentiality
