For ERM Belgium and The Netherlands (“ERM BeNe”) we are looking forward to hire an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator with 2-5 years’ experience in a similar position and a degree in marketing and/or international business from a university or a university of applied science.

In this position, you will:

  • Build and manage the coordination of activities at the Business Unit level (Belgium, Netherland, France, Italy and Iberia) on specific marketing/ BD strategic pillars, including trainings, coaching, etc.;
  • Deploy BU marketing activities locally;
  • Market our services by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns in BeNe (Dutch, Flemish, French);
  • Be involved in key client and Clusters development and targeting activities such as events;
  • Support managers and leaders to implement their marketing/communication/business development plans;
  • Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with the BU marketing department, inventorying stock and placing orders;
  • Advise management personnel in the field of marketing and the use of the right marketing mix;
  • Travel frequently within BeNe and occasionally within the other countries of the Business unit.

Skills and qualifications:

  • International mind-set with excellent communication skills;
  • The ability to work in a B2B (business to business) environment and in the intellectual service business;
  • Contribute information and ideas as part of the marketing strategy process and as a part of a larger team;
  • Ability to see delegated tasks through to completion at a high standard;
  • Proactive work attitude with a special eye for entrepreneurship and innovation;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;
  • Advanced level of English skills. Native Dutch or French is a plus;
  • Being flexible to travel nationally and internationally and to occasionally work outside of regular office hours;
  • Be IT literate: experience with Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.

The successful candidate will be confident, service-oriented, and able to relate well with diverse groups of technical professionals with the ability to work independently or within a broader team.
