EAVI, the European Association for Viewers Interests, is a dynamic non-profit association promoting the interests of citizens as media users, through various projects and initiatives across Europe. For more information

We are looking for a project manager truly interested in the fields of media (literacy) and citizenship values to assist us in coordinating our different EU projects deliverables and support fundraising activities.

In particular, and working closely with the secretary general, the idea candidate will:

  • Assist in current EU projects deliverables;
  • Coordinate participation in new EU calls for proposal and contribute to drafting;
  • Developing collaboration with our partner organisations; and
  • Coordinate fundraising activities with foundations.

The project manager will be involved in all EAVI activities (current projects and new initiatives) and she/he is expected to contribute with commitment, energy and ideas.


  • Fluent in English (French is desirable);
  • Experience in coordinating and project management;
  • Knowledge of EU processes;
  • Good communication and writing skills;
  • Keen interest in organisation and administration; and
  • Time management skills and ability to work independently, attentively, proactively and in a small team.
  • Experience in training is an asset

Successful candidates will be invited for an interview immediately after that date. Minimum gross salary of 2000 euro.
