The Human Talents Unit at Transtec has an available opportunity for a six-months internship based in our Brussels office located in Neder-Over-Heembeek.

The role of the Human Talents Unit at Transtec is to provide transversal support to all operational units.

Under the supervision of the Human Talents Coordinator, the Talents Acquisition Officer mandate is twofold:

  • 1. Maintain the database of experts by updating necessary information, identifying new potential experts, evaluating and validating experts’ online registrations, encoding new profiles when necessary, searching expertise when requested and other related tasks;
  • 2. Online visibility and website: publish all incoming projects’ opportunities on our website and other platforms, social media, draft news items and achievements coming from our projects in both French and English.

Tasks to be undertaken by the Human Talents Acquisition Intern:

  • Update records in the database of consultants working in the development cooperation sector;
  • Invite new consultants to register in the database;
  • Proactive recruitment and headhunting;
  • Encode consultants’ profiles into the database;
  • Online research;
  • Drafting news items for our website in English and French;
  • Publish opportunities and news on Transtec website and social networks;
  • Other similar tasks.

Desired profile of the Human Talents Intern:

  • A university degree in communications or social sciences;
  • Mother tongue level in French language; excellent fluency in English, desirable Spanish;
  • Online research skills;
  • Good knowledge using online social media such as LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.;
  • Talent acquisition and database updating experience is an asset;
  • A genuine interest in the development cooperation sector;
  • Basic knowledge of html;
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional experience (acquired through internships, traineeships, volunteer work or similar);
  • Dynamic, flexible, open-minded, and excellent team player;
  • Knowledge of Lotus Notes and Office 365 is an advantage;

Accepts routine work from time to time.
